These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Sharmaji Event Management ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an inquiry or confirming a booking, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis and are not reserved on inquiry alone.
An advance of 40–50% of the total quote is payable at confirmation. The balance is due as per the milestones stated in the written quotation, with final settlement before the event date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation charges apply based on notice given: advance is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Third-party costs already committed (venue, artists, vendors) are non-refundable once booked on the Client's behalf.
Quotations are valid for 15 days and cover only the items listed. Any additions, upgrades or last-minute changes will be charged separately.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, required permissions/licences at the venue, and safe access for setup and teardown.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural calamity, government restrictions, strikes or venue-side failures.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for personal belongings, guest conduct, or losses caused by third parties.
We may use photographs and videos of our décor and setups for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
